  • Drafting the appeals against administrative acts;
    Drafting administrative litigation and legal representation outside the courts;
    Representation in the following administrative litigations: annulment of administrative acts, cancellation of public acquisitions, suspension of effects of administrative acts, actions for the recovery of product damage, etc.;
    Appealing the legal acts of control and the sanctions issued by the state institutions against the beneficiary;
    Completing all non-contentious preliminary administrative procedures and representing/assisting the client in the administrative contentious courts (filing applications in court, elaborating defense notes, etc.);
    Close cooperation with the client’s tax consultant, in order to identify the favorable and legal fiscal framework in which the latter operates and makes gains related to the developed economic activity, including support and argumentation of the client’s interests in relation to the findings of the state tax authorities in front of the judicial control courts.
